So, in normal operation state, the entire vapour is highly heated and cannot fall out as water droplets, the precondition to forming rain cloud. AT the moment that the CB creates a strong positive orgone field in a region, the working of the microwave radiation is neutralised (future scientists will be able to say more about how this happens) the water vapour cools down, thereby reaching saturation point of 100% relative humidity and becomes visible as white cloud.The most interesting moment was indeed the very short transition from cloudless to the almost ghost-like light pattern that preceded the forming of cloud under the influence of the CB. Maybe my discovery is nothing new to most serious activists here, but I was very excited because I'd never seen it like that and also the whole \"mysterious\" mechanism of HAARP had never lain before my eyes so clearly and simply understandable.
